Nunca tinha escutado falar desse tributo ao Beatles até essa semana. É
de 1988, algo beneficente bolado pela NME, com diversos artistas de
expressão dos anos 80.
É bem engraçado, porque cada música tem uma identidade ompletamente diferente da outra (e por sua vez diferente das versões originais — pra mim cover legal é mais versão que cópia fiel).
As melhores (na minha opinião) são Within You Without You, pelo Sonic
Youth (e cantada pelo Ranaldo) e a versão do The Fall de A Day in The
Life (a melhor dos Beatles — se é que dá para esolher só uma).
Se não é um disco excelente, pelo menos é curioso.
